Changing Font Size in Comments (Office 2007-Vista Home Premium)

I understand to change the font size in Comments you go to Tooltips in the Appearance Tab of the Display Properties control panel in Windows. My problem is can't find it. HELP!
    Thanks, Ken

Thanks Hans, but this is Vista. Does it work the same?

I haven't been able to find anything like this. I go to color changing and it has something similar but the font section is grayed out and I haven't been able to activate it.

You have to click "Open classic appearance properties for more color options" - see How To Restore Windows Balloon ToolTips To The Default Fonts and Colors (scroll down to the Vista section)

Re: Changing Font Size in Comments (Office 2007-Vista Home Premium)

(I just got back from supper) I go that far, but when I click on the advanced I get only one tab that says appearance and a box that shows "color schemes" with a menu that starts with Windows Aero and ends with High Contrast #1. There is an advanced box on the lower right and when I click on that I get a box that says desktop. That's where I stopped before, but this time I clicked on the down arrow to the right of desktop and got the menu that has Tooltips.
    Thanks for your help.
