Setting contact category as a search folder criteria is not working. I am reading Woody's Organizing Outlook Emails. I am following the instructions on how to put all emails from a contact category (that I have setup for 27 or my contacts, the category is Reunion). - the instructions are on pp. 27-29. When I choose my reunion contact category that has 27 people in it, I only get messages from 2 of them in the Reunion search folder. I currently have 12 messages from people in this category. I have tried this for other categories as well, and it just does not work. What could I abe doing wrong, or is there an update I need to make this work? Thanks.

I don't have that book (assuming it is a book), and I don't see this approach mentioned in "Special Edition Using MS Office 2003". I actually don't understand how the search folder can identify all the messages based on a category that appears only in the contacts folder. Can you post your search criteria?
