    Change hard drive identifier?

I have 2 identical hard drives on my system. This makes it difficult to tell one from the other because some system displays and the BIOS only show the hard drive identified, not the hard drive label, like below:.

    IBM IC35L036UWDY10-0 SCSI Disk Device
    IBM IC35L036UWDY10-0 SCSI Disk Device

Does anyone know of a program that could allow me to change this internal identifier?

That is tied in to the firmware in the drive. AFAIK, you can't change it.
