Reminder triggers the sending of an e-mail message (Office XP)
I work as a remplacement secretary in a big office. I am away from my desk 98% of the time. When I replace somebody I assume their network identity. I have created a rule that transfers all e-mail messages I receive to the person I am replacing.
How could I do the same with calendar events?
Something like when a reminder for an appointment pops up it also sends me a message which will get transferred to wherever I am sitting at that moment.
