The freeware PDF creation tool, PrimoPDF has been updated to version 3.2. As with other free PDF creation tools, it creates PDF files by using a printer driver.
It is quite a large download at just under 21MB

Ability to merge PDF files upon conversion.
Supports Windows Vista.
