    Forms (Outlook 2003)

How can I change from from <Hidden>?

I am try to trouble shoot a form in Outlook. When I save the form from the email, it is being saved as hidden.
When I go to my Personal Library to call up the form, it does not display.

It is possible to save it so I will be able to find it.
Where is the form stored? Is it on my hard drive? Is it in a PST file?

    Thanks
    Richard

    Select Tools | Options...
    Activate the Other tab.
    Click Advanced Options...
    Click Custom Forms...
    Click Manage Forms...
Click one of the Set... buttons.
Select the library that contains your form.
    Select the form.
    Click Properties.
Can you turn off Hidden here?

Custom forms are stored as hidden messages (whether the form is hidden or not) in your .pst file.
