    Minimized Word closes (2002/2003)

Whenever one of our users is working in Word and minimizes it to do something else, then goes back in and maximizes it. It closes out totally. If he does not save his work, before he minimizes, he loses the work he did.

We now have another user who also has this issue. This second user is a power user who is probably not doing something like closing Word and just thinking they minimized.

Has anyone heard of this issue or more importantly heard of a solution?

New software was installed on both systems, but the original user just got the software today, so that was not the cause of his issues.

Try Phil Rabichow's <!post=Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word,197827>Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word<!/post>.

    Thanks, Hans.

I should save the Systematic Approach. We routinely rebuild the Normal template, but other items we do not do often.
