Creating a list of styles (2002)

Hi all! I want to be able to copy all of the styles I am using into a document and paste them in order to print them out. For example, when you click on styles and formatting, I want to have that list on a page so I can print them out and show my team. Is there any way to do this? Thanks!

    Select File | Print...
Select Styles in the "Print what" dropdown.
    Click Print.

Thanks for the quick reply! I tried doing that but it only printed in black. Is there anyway to have the entire list show up on a document I can save?

Perhaps you can use the SuperDocStatistics macro from Macros8.dot available from DownloadsContent on the Word MVP site.

(Welcome to Woody's Lounge, by the way!)

Select Tools | Templates and Add-ins and add Macros8.dot as an add-in. Its macros should then be available in all documents.

NM I go it to run! Only issue I am having is how I can have it come out in the color of the style, font etc.

Is there a way to have it come out as a document, with all of the sizes and colors I am using? For example, I want the entire list of styles I am using in a word document as they appear.

Try the macro in the attached text file; it is adapted from the one attached to <post:=287,949>post 287,949</post:>.
