Automatic chart ranges (2000 SR1)

Please forgive me if this question has been asked and answered a million times. I don't use Excel very much, and I haven't found the answer to this.

I am charting seven data series. Each month a new row is added, containing a new data point for each of the series. in other words, in July I might be charting A6..A12, B6..B12, etc.; in August these change to A6..A13, B6..B13, etc.

How can I set things up so that either (a) the chart ranges are updated automatically, or ( I can update all seven ranges quickly, say by changing a single cell value?

Since you update infrequently your easiest solution is to drag the cells containing your newly entered data onto the chart which will automatically update incorporating them.
Here are a couple of references that should help if you want something more elaborate.

<A target="_blank" HREF=>Dynamic Named Ranges</A>
<A target="_blank" HREF=>Charting Dynamic Data</A>

Apologies to those who have seen these before but the lounge Search is playing up.

Hey, the dynamic named ranges thing actually works. Thanks so much.
