    subtotals (2003)

Can someone please explain me how to hide columns or rows and and make them appear back by clicking on the button. I assume there should be the subtotal function used or maybe not. Please take a look at my example. There is a button on the top of the spreadsheet right above cell AI. So, by clicking on it (or button #1 in the top left conner of the spreadsheet) rows F throuth AI hide. How do I set up this function?

The buttons above and to the left of the sheet can be created using the Data | Group and Outline submenu.
If there are subtotals, as in rows 7, 12, 17 etc., you can use the AutoOutline item.
Otherwise, you can select a group of rows or columns and select the Group item. For example, you could select columns F:AH and select Data | Group and Outline | Group.

To remove the buttons, select Ungroup or Clear Outline from the submenu.
