    #Error on printed reports (Access 2000 SP3 (Windows 2000 SP4))

We have an intermittent fault whereby a monetary amount (e.g. 1,234.56) on an Access report shows fine when the report is displayed to screen, but when printed, the figure is replaced with #Error. This happens on more than one PC (both running Access 2000 SP3 with Windows 2000 SP4) using 2 different printers. It is a strange problem as sometimes you can recreate the problem by printing the report again on the same PC and printer, but other times is prints fine on the second attempt!! Has anyone else encountered this or a similar problem?

Could you post a stripped down copy of your database? See <post#=401925>post 401925</post#> for instructions.

The database contains confidential data, so I will try and clear it out (with only some fictitious data in it) and post it up.

We finally worked out that the problem was due to too many forms being open at any one time!! With minimal forms open the problem doesn't seem to occur. Thanks for the help anyway! :-)
