Making Outlook the default e-mail client
I have Outlook and Outlook Express. Outlook Express is, I believe, the default client. I believe this because it pops up whenever I click on a mail link in a web page.
I want first to make Outlook my default client. Then I will remove Outlook Express using the Add/Remove Programs feature.
What's the easiest way to achieve this?
Thanks in advance

Re: Making Outlook the default e-mail client
Try - from Internet Explorer:
Tools | Internet Options | Programs
- you should be able to select the default email program there.
I would suggest you do not uninstall OE - from memory there are some 'shared features' which you will lose if you do. Just get rid of the shortcuts to it.Leif
