Recovering emails (MS Outlook 2003 SP2)

    Good afternoon

I have been led to believe that an employee has been dishonest and that the proof would lie in their sent messages which that person deletes everyday. I am loathe to call in the Police at this stage becuase the employee is in general extremely good. Is there a way that I can recover sent mails to check first (there is a no personal email policy at work) either from the desktop or through our web domain?

    Appreciate any help

    Cheers

You posted this in the Outlook Express forum but the subject says Outlook 2003. Which is correct?
