How to remove a bad utility install (XPproSP2)

I have apparently at some stage, tried to install a "Graphics Media Accelerator" device
    to my Intel MoBo.
In Start / Control Panel /GMA driver it lists as ???????????????????
Properties on desktop show as the attached image
Am I able to remove evidence?
    Thanks

Intel says you should be able to remove the IAA GMA drivers by using the AddRemove option in Control Panel.
See their page on removal HERE

I would also look at Device Manager for the Intel Controller and uninstall it, then reboot to let the native Windows controller kick in.
