    Make Table question (2003)

I am using a make table query to make a table. Is there a way to set the properties of the fields to certain lengths. For instance field A has to be be text and a field size of 35. I have to run this table many times and I am not sure if I can set the field size.

No, you can't. If you want to specify field properties, it's better to create a table with the fields you need, and set their properties the way you want.
Then use an append query instead of a make-table query.
If you want to start with a clean slate, create a delete query that deletes all existing records from the table, and run it before running the append query.
