Action Button in Word (Word 97)

Does anyone know if there is a way to create an Action Button in Word, like you can in PowerPoint. Have been fooling around with the idea and can't seem to come up with anything. I'm trying to make a form, and would like the users of this form to be able to click a button at the bottom of the form, and have Word run a macro. Any ideas?

Keeping it simple, after the form is complete, place check box(s) onto the form with a comment after it: 'Click to run macro xyz'
Right click on check box, select properties and in the field 'Run macro on entry' simply enter the macro name or select from list, 'xyz'.

Just remember that if the check box is tab'ed into the macro will also execute at that time. That is why they should be the last item(s) built on the form or use the macro to sequence between the forms fields always bypassing the check boxes.

    Good luck,

Or if you're really keen on the button, and want to take on a challenge, try posting in the VBA thread.
