    Flash Capture

    Good afternoon

I used to have a nice little utility similar to MW Snap that could capture Flash animations from any web page and save them for later viewing on your desktop, I seem to have lost it and surf as I might I can't find anything like it. Any help or recommendations please?

    Cheers

There are quite a number of browser addons and plugins that will save SWF animations. What browser?

How about Flash Saving Plugin? Plenty more to find via Google search.

    Thanks Alan

Have you used this, and if so can you offer any advice on

    1. My office and home machine run on the same O/S and SP's but the office machine will not, after several attempts, show the icon in the toolbar
    2. The home machine shows the icon in the Google toolbar but only captures the page loading activity, If I wait for the animation to start it stops all activity on the screen and doesnt record anything.le and got loads of free players but not captures, Sothlink which seems a popular choice also pauses Flash on both my home and office PC?

    Re: Flash Capture

I have used this one in the past Steve, and can't recall any problems. Bear in mind that it relies on a copy having been already downloaded into your cache, so that it's no use trying to save something that hasn't already been viewed/ loaded. Sorry I can't offer further suggestions.
