    Outlook (2003/SP2)

    Has anyone run into a problem lately where they can't access any modules in Outlook, open the VBE or set security levels?

    I think something got "updated"

    I'll try installing SP3 and let you know if this improves the situation.

    Well, after reading about some of the problems caused in Access - maybe I won't install sp3

    I haven't seen problems (we use Outlook 2003 SP2 and SP3 at work).

    Do you have the exact text of error messages?

    No error messages appear. However, there is no response to menu selections or to shortcut keys

    Have you looked in Help | About Microsoft Outlook and clicked Disabled Items?

    Have you tried Help | Detect and Repair?
