Auto Page Refresh. (IE7)

Happy New Year to the Aussies here. I appear to have help blindness, I cannot see how to auto refresh when I load a url page. I have to keep hitting F5 to maintain up to date status, I guess there is a text box somewhere which advises not to load a page from cache, but I cannot find it. Thanks. Rod.

Tools>Internet Options>General Tab>Browsing History section>Settings>Check for newer versions of stored pages> and check "Every time I visit the webpage". And Happy New Year to the "help blind" Aussies as well <img src=/S/laugh.gif border=0 alt=laugh width=15 height=15> !!!
