    Outlook Fields (2003)

A new colleague has all his contacts in Outlook 2003. I would like to import his business contacts into our Practice Management Software. I can mark a "group" of contacts "Clients" easily enough. I'd also like to fill in the "Account" field with his initials. Is there an easy way to mark all the Contacts with his initials? OR, an easy way to mark a "group" of contacts Private or Personal. (Something like "select all" Right Mouse Click...)
    Thanks

Probably easiest to create a new Category with the new colleague's initials. To bulk apply it, in an Address Card View click the first Contact, shift-Click the last (which will select all) then right click any of the selected contacts, select Categories, and create the new Category.

There may be other methods, depending on exactly what it takes to import contacts into the PM software. Post back if you need more help.
