    Record Lock (2007)

On a multiuser datasheet form, is there a way to identify which records are locked for editing? Thanks, Larry

As far as I know, this is not exposed in the Access object model (I assume that you wanted to use VBA to determine which records are locked).

If the VBA can't determine which records are locked as a form or report object, then if possible, perhaps a query calculation would be my second choice.

I'm sorry, what do you want to do with the calculation?

    Re: Record Lock (2007)

For the query calculation in question, I would like to if identify which database records of a multiuser table is locked for editing. Users of the database will then be able to run a query to see which records available to use. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Larry.

I don't think you can do that in a query. If it had been possible at all, it would have been in VBA...
