Including Folder Name when Printing tasks (Outlook 2003)

Our CEO has his task list split into different sub folders. When he prints off the tasks within a subfolder, it just prints the tasks. He wants to have it print the folder name too. I figured the way to do that would be to add a header, but I don't see a 'constant' that would do that, like [User Name] puts the user name into the print job.

    Any ideas?

Have you tried a different view or a custom view? The 'detailed list view' has the folder and the folder shows in a print preview.

Thanks Joe, that did the trick. (Actually, I added the 'In Folder' field)

You're welcome. It is always good when you can keep the boss satisfied (albeit temporarily I'm sure) <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
