    Import table (2003)

I've got a number of Excel tables I want to use in a database. I have imported one table, and want to add a table onto it. They all have the same headings at the top, but some of the data is duplicated, so I selected no index. I get an error when trying to import a second table. Isn't this possible? I know I could import each table and append each one to the first one, but that would take ages.

What error message do you get?

Without seeing the files, I can only guess that the files don't have the same structure. Check carefully.

One guess as to a possible cause.

I have had that error when there are trailing spaces after any of the column headings in the Excel file.

Thanks both. Eventually had to re-do the spreadsheets before I could import them into the database. Thanks anyway.
