    Simulate it to do what?

    Enter key can be set to stay in current cell, or move up, down, left, or right.

    What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

    Iin effect when the userform is active when i press enter key on my keybord start the macro Sub VERIFICA_DOPO_UPDATE()

    Put a command button on the form and call VERIFICA_DOPO_UPDATE in its On Click event procedure.
    Set the Default property of the command button to Yes.
    When you press Enter, Excel acts as if you clicked the command button.
