    Enter Network Password (Outlook 2003)

I'm getting a pesky "enter network password" request every few minutes while working in other programs. I've tested my email accounts and they test fine and seem to be delivering and sending email just fine. It's the mail.comcast.net account that's asking for the password. (That would be the incoming address.)

I've been using the same software and settings for some time, but this problem just started.

Can you tell me what to do? I can't work for the pop-up getting int he way every few minutes.

You could try creating a new e-mail profile in the Mail control panel, and use that.

It's difficult to believe, but that simple solution seems to have worked. I deleted the original email address and created another just like it. So far, so good. I'm holding my breath.

    Thanks!
