Problems with a Query (2000)

Don't post images wider than 640 pixels, PLEASE! Attachment shrunk by HansV

Hi,

Trying to construct a query to display a list of properties and then it can be expanded to display the matching purchasers for that property.

I have fields in my Property table called tblProperty that I wish to match to potential purchasers.

I have tried to construct a query, but get the following error message, but I am probably doing is completely wrong.

What I want to do is the following:

TblProperty Field TblPurchaser Field
Bedrooms >=MinBedrooms
Price <=MaxPrice
Area If Area=London then LonYN = True, if it is false, then it is not a match (there are several area matches)

Any help would be appreciated.

Try setting the Total option for the Bedrooms column to Where instead of Group By.

Hans,

That seems to have done the trick, thanks.
