Display webpage in Outlook? (Outlook 2007)

I was pretty sure there was a way to display webpages in Outlook but despite a lot of searching , I can't find any hints on how to do this.

Note: I AM NOT talking about displaying pages in an Outlook email. I want to display the webpage as a separate folder entry in my long list of Outlook folders.

Anyone know how to do this?

The web page Favorites menu was removed after Outlook 2002. I do not know Outlook 2007, but in Outlook 2003 you can create a shortcut to a web page.
