Appointments in multiple time zones (Outlook 2003)

Subject edited by HansV to be slightly more specific than 'Outlook 2003'

We have users over different continents and our admins have a hard time keeping up with appointments in different time zones. An example is 4 invitees with 2 in Houston, 1 in London and 1 in Calgary. We can only show 2 time zones in the calendar and usually show London and Houston. Is there an add-in available for Outlook to show us in the scheduling tab in the calendar which invitee is in which time zone?

    Any help/suggestion is appreciated.

Outlook 2007 (finally) has the ability to set the time zone for an appointment.

I haven't heard of an add-in that shows the time zone for each attendee, but you may find something useful in Outlook, Appointments and Time Zones.

Thanks, Hans. The link to slipstick has a suggestion for some tools to help with appointments.
    Appreciate the tip.
