    Hyperlinks in Excel (Excel 2003)

I will need to insert hyperlinks to other documents into Excel worksheets. This will be an ongoing project.

In the "Insert Hyperlink" dialog is there a way to force looking in a network drive and folder (like G:OfficeDocs, instead of the folder where the current file resides) where all the linked documents reside? Otherwise, I need to navigate to this network folder each time I create a hyperlink -- several times a day.

    Thanks,
    Craig.

Not as far as I know. Sorry. (Perhaps someone else will come up with a suggestion)

A work around would be to create a shortcut to the "G:OfficeDocs" location in the default file location. Or you could create the shortcut on your desktop or in your "favorites" to put you two clicks away (actually one click and one double click) from your "G:OfficeDocs" location.
