    Discussion web (FP2000)

I have an unusual problem. I have set up a discussion web. There are just a couple of people trying it out for now. Each post to the discussion web from my computer only, is posted twice.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Also has anyone had experience with the
discussion web in FP XP? Are there any management tools included?
    Thanks

<P ID="edit"><FONT SIZE=-1>Edited by WebGenii on 11-Aug-01 23:34.</FONT></P>Sorry, I guess I should have said in the first post. The Server is running FreeBSD with Frontpage 2000 extensions 4.0. I am running Win2K. The url if your interested is:
    <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.cceflink.org/membersonly/discussion/>http://www.cceflink.org/membersonly/discussion/</A>
the name is testing and the password is 1234
You can see that my post yesterday appears twice. My previous posts also appeared twice but I went in and deleted them (which is something you are not supposed to do apparently!) Funny thing is that the other person who is testing the discussion web with me is not getting duplicate posts.

I'm sorry - the site is password protected. I can not check it.

I mentioned the name and password in the last post. You can login using name = testing and password = 1234 for read only access. Maybe you need complete access in which case use name = robin and password = andrew
Thanks, i appreciate you perservering with me.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you - life outside the lounge intervened <img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15>.

I tried posting to the site and (of course - everything seems to be working fine). Have you been deleting the duplicate posts?
I also opened the site - the only odd thing that I can see right now is that the numbers of the two duplicate posts (which have different timestamps by the way) are 00000009.htm and 0000000a.htm.

I think you need to put in some more sample posts so we can see if there is a pattern.

    Cheers
