Excel Database Function Errors (Excel 2003)

Please check the attached Excel file. For some reason the formulas appear correct in cells G21 & G22 and yet the results are wrong. Any ideas what could cause a wrong result (zero) and the #DIV/0 error? Thanks in advance for any info that helps clear this up.

The field names in the database area and criteria area don't match.

About G21: the name of the field in column J of the database range is "Grade of Quota", but you have used "Grade" as field name in the criteria range. If you use the same field name in both, the formula will return 2.

About G22: there's a space after the word "Gender" in D16. If you remove this space (so that the field names match), the formula will return 35.25.

Thanks again Hans for your ever-present vigilance and keen eye; one tries to check for everything but, sometimes you can't see the tree for the forest!!
I'll no doubt have more coming your way in the near future.
