Lines to indicate page area (Word2003)

I've seen someone who had Word (2003) configured to show lines in the "Print-layout" view that indicated the page area. See example below:

Header

    ---+ +---

    text
    area

    ---+ +---

Footer

How do I switch that on myself?

    Select Tools | Options...
    Activate the View tab.
Tick the check box "Text boundaries" (if you have the Dutch version, it's called "Tekstafbakeningen")
    Click OK.

The other way to get a very similar effect is to install support for an East Asian language.
