    Negative Sign to Right (2003)

Although I was told this could be done for the life of me I can't find a way to FORCE the negative sign to always show on the RIGHT SIDE of the digits, for consistency. My boss isn't happy with it floating on the left side. Does anyone know a way to make this happen ? Thanks in advance.

Re: Negative Sign to Right (2003)

    Hi There

    Welcome to the Lounge

    1) Highlight the cell you require to format
    2) Click Format | Cells
    3) Click The Number Tab
    4) Select Custom in the Category panel
    5) Type this in Type:
    #,###;<!t>[red]<!/t>#,##0-

This will show all positive numbers in black and all negatives (with the minus sign to the right) in red. If you just want it in black type this:

    #,###;#,##0-
