    Outlook 2002 crashing (outlook 2002 SP3)

I have a user's station that will not run Outlook 2002 with his id. It keeps crashing with the error "Microsoft outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close...Please tell Microsoft about this problem". I removed and reinstalled office 2002 and also tried to recreate the user's station profile. I can set up this user on another station and I can set up my id on his station. Detect and repair does not fix this problem. Is there a way to remove his outlook profile from the registry? Does anyone have any other ideas?
    Thanks...Susan

You should be able to manage (delete, modify, create) e-mail profiles using the Mail control panel. Try creating a new e-mail profile for the user on the workstation.
