Multiple if statments in one formula (xp & 2003)

I want to test cells in column A for a "Yes" or "No" and cells in column B for either a blank or a date. based upon these results, the column E cells house the formula and will calculate get a ratio of the number of days remaining in the year multiplied by column D if a "NO" in Column A or multiply by column F if a "YES" in column D.

The likelihood that columns A and B are blank the the respective cell in column E should read "ERROR"
If column A states "YES" or "NO" and column B is blank then the respective cell in Column E should read " NO DATE"
If column A is blank and Column B has a date in it the the respective cell in Column E should read "YES/NO ?"

I included an attachment with column H being the correct answers and not what is in column E.

    Thanks

    How about:
    =IF(A2&B2="","ERROR",IF(B2="","NO-DATE",IF(A2="","YES/NO",(ROUND((FYE_2008-(MAX(B2)))/366*IF(A2="NO",D2,F2),-1)))))
