    file associatons (XP sp2)

I'm running XP in the "classic mode-modified", which looks something like an updated Win98SE. Now, for some reason (my ignorance), I cannot find the
way to bring up the file association screen. I know it should be very simple, but I just can't find it. Tried search, and that thing can't find it's @#$!% with two hands!
All I ever get out of it "there are no files to display" or words to that effect. This was after I entered "file associations", then I added "jpg", then "file types".
Somebody please clue me in? I would appreciate it.

Do you mean the window you get from Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options... ?

It could depend on if one do a search for it in Windows Explorer/Search assistant or do a search for it in Windows help files.
