    Access vs .Net (Access 2003)

    Just a general question.

Is dot net fater to develop in than Access?

It depends on what you want to do. A data-oriented application is probably easier to develop in Access, but a general application might be easier in .Net.

When you say a data app do you mean as in a debtors ledger?

What do you mean by a general app?

By a data-oriented application I mean an application that reads and writes data in a database.
By a general application I mean something like Notepad or Paint - an application that doesn't use a database.
