Rules Wizrd (O2K Corporate on NT)

I have a Distribution List email for a specific Director's Committee. I'm attempting to set a Rule using Rules Wizard to move all mail sent to that committee to a folder under Inbox. (Client only - not server). However, I get the message "Director's Committee is a personal distribution that may not be used with this feature. Would you like to use the individual members of the Comittee instead?"
    Ok or Cancel.

I don't want it to go into their individual boxes because these emails relate specifically to the committee. I hope this is clear - I would be grateful for any help.

I don't see any work around for this. (Maybe someone else does.) If you have to use a personal DL, I suggest you set a category for these types of messages - and only these. You can make a rule to check category on messages you send. The process works fine with a DL in the GAL. Maybe you can have one made?

Thanks OldDog. I was hoping not to have to put it in the GAL. However, if needs must. Thanks for your help.

try creating a rule that has all those members listed and adds a category. then use a second rule to move mail based on category to the special folder
