    Fom Control Widths (2007)

Have done heaps with Access before 2007 but not much with latest version.
I have a form that is columnar type.
The control widths are set to specific widths (e.g.) 3 cm in design
BUT when I use the form they all widen to probably 10cm or more.
    Can't seem to stop this.
Where do I go to prevent this bizarre behavior.
Must be a property somewhere that turns it on and off.

Does the following help (I don't have Access 2007 myself)?
    - Open the form in design view.
    - Activate the Arrange tab on the Ribbon.
    - Select all controls.
    - Click on Remove.

    Sussed.

It wasn't the Remove (I'd already tried that), but a good place to look.

Somehow (maybe me) the Anchor option had been set to 'Stretch across top'.

I set it back to 'Top Left' and all was right with the World.
Well maybe not with the World but if fixed the control problem on my form.
If only the World was that easy!
