CC Cleaner (XP Proff. SP 2)

I ran C Cleaner today which populated 75 pages of data [1,506.0MB] which it earmarks for removal, not having deleted anything from this kind of search before I would appreciate any comments as to how to proceed. I have attached the first page as it lists the categories under which the suggested items for deletion occur whilst the rest are grayed out. Thanks in advance, Dave.

You have a lot of files in various temporary folders. It is safe to click 'Run Cleaner' but I would close all applications except CCleaner itself before doing so.

Thank you Hans, when you say "Close all applications except C cleaner", do you mean that there should only be CCleaner visible on the taskbar? Thanks Dave.

Yes, that is what I meant. If you have other applications open (visible in the taskbar), CCleaner may not be able to delete some of the temporary files because they are in use by other applications.

As ever, thanks so much for your instant reply I just wanted to be absolutely sure I understood what "Applications" meant before I hit the "Delete" tab. Cheers Dave.
