Calendar Printing Assistant Gone Wild (OL2007)

Calendar Printing Assistant, in the tri-fold view, started showing and printing TWO similar views. One (the original and desired view) with tasks, appointments and full week schedule. The new (bogus) view shows only the Appointments for the day, no tasks and no weekly appointments. I've tried the options and format choices, but couldn't find anything to revert to the original functioning. File Print doesn't allow me to select which pages to print. The end result is a wasted sheet of paper every day, 'cause I print out the calendar every day.

The Microsoft website didn't seem to have any KB articles or questions. I think the product is unsupported, so I'm at a dead end. Any Wopr's have experience with this app? Thanks.

I don't have any experience with CPA. However, have you installed SP-1 for both Office & CPA?

the only problem I have had is that it won't let me change the printer. So I am forced to publish it as an XPS document and then print that to PDF.
    sorry not much help
    Thanks John

Thanks. I installed SP1 for CPA and I got the message that CPA could no longer access Outlook. Well, before I installed the SP for Office, I did some searching on message boards and a couple of posts on the Microsoft site had me worried. Outlook was no longer available. Re-installation did nothing, etc.
So I fell back and removed the CPA program and downloaded and reinstalled again, thinking that I could go back to where I used to be, with only 1 page printing out.
I still print out 2 pages!! I will live with this for a while, in lieu of being able to contact a Microsoft or other techie who really can figure out what is going on. I plan on reinstalling Windows XP soon anyway.
Gosh, things can get complicated in Microsoft land!!! <vbg>

I have not had any issues with Office 2007 SP-1. You have to remember that in message boards, forums, & newsgroups almost all you'll see is problems. That is not to say you should ignore them but by far the vast majority of users never run into these problems. These sources are usually best to find out how to resolve issues if perchance you do run into one.

Good point, Joe. I will keep that in mind. Thank you.
I just went into CPA now and it is working fine. Positively spooky.
