    Using formulas (XP)

    Please refer to the attached file. Without sorting the % achieved column, what is the formula that I can use such that it'll help me auto calculate in cell B14 to B16 the total amount for each category?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

    You can enter the following formula in B14:

    =SUMIF($C$2:$C$11,100%,$B$2:$B$11)

    Copy down to B15 and B16, then edit the resulting formulas to use 75% and 25%.

    You could enter the values 100%, 75% and 25% in A14:A16, and format them with the custom format 0% "achieved"
    You can then use the formula

    =SUMIF($C$2:$C$11,A14,$B$2:$B$11)

    in B14 and fill down to B15 and B16 without needing to modify the result. See the attached version.
