    Lounge Digests

    I haven't received any digests to the boards I've subscribed to. Previously there were problems receiving them and I wonder if this could be caused by the same thing.I hope I have not been dropped, because I use the Lounge almost every day. Please let me know the reason, I will be watching this thread closely to see if a reply has been posted.

    Have a look at <post:=692,291>post 692,291</post:>, it may be because you haven't been in the Lounge for 30 days

    We'll have to wait for one of the Admins to look at the "logs" or whatever it is, Gloria. Hang in there.

    For Jerry: She's been making posts on a frequent basis all this month, so I don't think the "new" 30-day thing has got her, at least not yet. Let's let Hans or Leif check the logs.

    Hello Gloria,

    There appears to be a problem with the e-mail address in your profile. E-mails to that address have been returned as undeliverable, so all your subscriptions have been suspended.

    Please go to Edit profile and check carefully that the e-mail address listed there is still valid. After correcting it if necessary, you can subscribe to digests again by going to Edit email notifications.

    I would no longer go without visiting the lounge than I would do without water, sunshine, food or a good book.

    OK Al, I hung in there like you said, but today is March 4th. So, has any of the logs come up with anything useful about my visits to this board and why I no longer receive the digests?

    Edit profile > both email address are correct, the same address I've had since the late 90's. My mail could have been returned because of a change in my Comcast User Name and Password. It took a while to get around to setting my mail to reflect the changes in Outlook Express and IncrediMail.

    My Edit email notifications have been selected and I hope I get my digests some day very soon.

    If you've turned on notifications again you should receive a notification of this reply, and you should receive digests again within the next 24 hours or so.
    If not, please post a new reply in this thread.
