    Conditional Formatting (2003)

    I have a formula - =NOT(ISERROR(MATCH($B2,NumList,0))) in conditional formatting that highlights the whole row of the groups that are defined in NumList. Is there something I can do that uses the list of group numbers and delete those rows? I know it can't be conditional formatting. I will have a list of group numbers that will change weekly that need to be removed. Is there something in excel that can take those group numbers and delete the rows where those numbers are? Thanks for any help you can provide.....

    You could use a macro:

    Sub DeleteRows()
    Dim r As Long
    Dim m As Long
    m = Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
    For r = m To 2 Step -1
    If Not Range("NumList").Find(What:=Range("B" & r), _
    LookIn:=xlValues, LookAt:=xlWhole) Is Nothing Then
    Range("B" & r).EntireRow.Delete
    End If
    Next r
    End Sub

    Test on a copy of your workbook!
