Stationery does not appear (Office 2000)

I am working with Outlook on two computers. I have no trouble using stationery on the desktop. However, the only way I can get stationery to work on the laptop is to make sure that Word is NOT the e-mail editor. Is there something that I am not missing? The settings seem to be the same on both computers. Thank you very much.

I'm not sure how you're going about using Stationary with Word as your Email editor, but you may want to check out this KB article. It looks like you do have to go through a few hoops in order to get it to work.

    Hope this helps!
