Not as far as I know. I think it's possible in FireFox, though.

    scroll bar left side (Ex7)

Is there a way to put the up-down scroll bar on the left side of the screen?
I use the touch pad on my laptop a lot and I think it would be a little easier for me if the bar was on the left side. (at least for me....)
    thanks

You could try the IE7pro add-on. It has some functions for "mouse gestures" that might be helpful: http://www.ie7pro.com/mouse-gesture.html

You also could set your touchpad to scroll the page without having to grab the thumb of the scrollbar or position over its arrows. Mine have always worked that way, sliding or flicking my finger up and down the right side of the touchpad. I've noticed that not all computers are set up that way.

Thank you, this is my first lap top and after a little investigation I found what you were talking about! It is helping out fabulously!
    Thanks again.

    Thanks Hans,
I use it from time to time, so I will also take a look at it.
