    IBM Client Service (V4R5)

I use IBM's AS400 Navigation Operator for viewing files and security on these servers. The file is "C:Program FilesIBMClient Accesscwbunnav.exe". The windows sessions, which allow me to sign onto the AS400, work fine. That file is "C:Program FilesIBMClient AccessEmulatorPrivateUnitya.WS". When I double click the navigator icon or try to start it up directly in its folder using Windows Explorer, the circular thinking icon indicator runs but then nothing happens. Almost as if Vista thinks it started the program and opened a window. I do not get any error.

How can I get the Navigator to open and run properly? This does not happen in XP or earlier versions.

For V4R5 iSeries Access Family, all Vista editions are not supported.

For Vista V5R4M0 with service pack PTF SI25949 or later all Vista editions except Home Premium and Home Basic are supported.

The restrictions are in Information APAR II14239.

Thank you. I find it odd that the session windows work but not the Operations Navigator.
