MS Word X - New colour palette (MS Word X for Mac)

Can anybody tell me how to introduce a new colour palette into MS Word. Can I remove the default colours or do I have to set up a new palette for the new colours? Its driving me mad!!
Do I have to use Macro's and if I do can somebody give me a set of easy to follow instructions of how to do that. Any help will be appreciated.
    Many thanks. A fustrated designer.

If you select a color for the text font or for shading, there is a "More colors" option at the bottom of the dialog that allows you to select more or less any color from a color picker.
However, you cannot change the standard color palette - it is hard-coded into Word.

    Thanks Hans.
I created more colors from colour picker but when I send it to someone else's PC all the new colors disappear. It seems the new color palette is built into my Word only and not somebody else's. Is there a way of creating a new palette and saving it on a palette window so it can be scene by anyone who opens that Word template?

No, as far as I know that is not possible.
