    Put an unbound Image control on the form.
    Access will prompt you to select an image file; choose anything you like.
    Clear the Picture property of the Image control (you'll have to confirm it).
    Name it (for example) imgPic.

    Put code in the On Current event of the form to load the picture. Let's say that the field containing the path and filename is called PictureField.

    Private Sub Form_Load()
    On Error GoTo ErrHandler
    Me.imgPic.Picture = Me.PictureField
    Exit Sub

    ErrHandler:
    Me.imgPic.Picture = ""
    End Sub

    It work perfect, but my images are in tif format. If I convert the images to gif, it work. Exist an object that support tif?

    Access 2000 should support .displaying .tif files in an Image control. Did you perhaps use an OLE control?
    If you did use an Image control, which version of Windows are you using?

    Aha! You put Access 2000 in the subject, so I thought you were using that version.

    Unlike earlier versions, Access 2003 does *not* have built-in support for .tif files. Fortunately, there is a workaround by Access MVP Stephen Lebans: LoadJpegGif (a free download).
