Vista and TweakUI (Home Premium)

Don't know if anyone but me is already looking for TweakUI and found no such animal for Vista.

Good news! A like tool does exist - TweakVI:

    TweakVI

You are correct. TweakUI does not currently exist for Vista. You may also want to check out - WinBubble - MSFN Forums. It is .

BTW, don't you also have X-Setup? The current version does work with Vista. But, they are readying a big update for new, unique Vista settings.

Did you look at the TweakVI version comparison chart? The versions does not seem to do much.

You're right, they're certainly out to make some money on the lack of options out there.

I gotta tell you though, the plethora of options and "tweaks" in the paid version puts all the predecessor in the shadows it seems...

Do you mean TweakUI or something else?

Yes, TweakUI in all of it's iterations always seemed like "just a taste" as it were. It never seemed to cover all the "stuff" and one (me?) ended up with two or three different "tweaker" to get a seemingly few simple adjustments.

TweakVI "fully loaded" seems to cover most all the bases.

If you already have X-setup and its software protection why buy another tweaker? Winbubble will tweak the things you'll be most interested in changing quickly. Beyond that, you are going to be busy enough getting acquainted with Vista. As difficult as it will be for you I'd recommend that you not start changing things for at least a month.
